I started training with RLQ at the age of 47! My weight was 265 ,30% body fat, at 5’11. RLQ training put me on a specific diet and workout plan for my body! I was never hungry and workout plan was easy to follow. Because of her experience and knowledge, i dropped 50 lbs of fat and gained 15 lbs of muscle in one year. I also went from 30% body fat to 16% body fat. There is no magic pill but if you follow her workout plan and diet you will look and feel better in no time. I also went from benching 205 to 300 ,and squatting 300,I now have 17 1/2 in arms went from 38-40 waist down to 34 waist.
