Think of this as an accumulation of my experience, knowledge, successes and accomplishments in Health and Physical Fitness, which has created lets say, an aura of additional Energy!

That aura of energy has given me the passion and drive to share my gift with you, my way!  I’ve named this, ‘The RLQ Zone’!  And although I will be training you, I will treat you as though I were doing it for myself!

What does that mean?

It means making you the very best you can be….you can be Elite in your own right!  But don’t let these words intimidate you!  I customize workouts and nutritional programs to get you to your goals and enhance your uniqueness…your own ‘eliteness’!

RLQ BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS PHILOSOPHIES

Keep in mind this is my experience, views, understanding, and beliefs from my own training and living the lifestyle, as well as watching, learning and listening to others and reading. To get into great shape – that is the goal of most individuals when they begin a fitness program. Indeed that is the goal of all those who work out be they novices or hardcore trainers. Given that fact, the first bit of valuable advice I’m going to give you is…THERE ARE NO MAGIC SOLUTIONS! You have to work hard, end of story! Trust me, if there were an easy way, do you not think I would have figured it out by now? Having said that, lets begin!

I am starting with the beginner-like there is an imaginary student with me-so I can teach you the foundation and build up from there. This will help you understand where I am coming from.
